Ever since I’ve partnered with a UCLA Registered Dietician Nutritionist, Ilana Mulhstein, I feel like we have the answer to losing weight. It’s probably because we do. But you know what? It’s not only about weight-loss, it’s about balance and eating with intention, and doing it the right way. Even if you want to drop 5 to 200 pounds. I remember when I first started dieting. I was a very young girl. Too young to even be on one. I jumped from fad diet to fad diet; from Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers. You name it. I’ve tried them all. But, all I kept doing was being a yo-yo dieter. My weight would go down, then come back up, and sometimes I would end up with more weight than when I started. Nothing would work, and quite honestly, you can’t low-carb and count calories forever, right?
I am so determined to help people break free from these diets and truly enjoy life without feeling outcasted because their diet plan doesn’t allow them to eat certain food groups.

2B Mindset Launched in May 2018, and it is the first time Beachbody focuses on a program that is solely nutrition. If you are familiar with Beachbody, you may have heard of the portion control containers. For some people, this approach is great. It surely helped me lose 20 pounds at first. But for some people, it just doesn't work for them and it isn't sustainable. The goal was to create a weight loss program that will teach us how to have a healthy relationship with food so that we are in control of the food that we eat, and not the other way around.
The creator of this program is Ilana Mulstein, a Registered Dietician Nutritionist. She has her very own practice in Beverly Hills, California. She offers a very simple and practical approach for weight loss and even struggled with her own diet for many years.
